Photo of Jyssica Seebeck, Ph.D.

Dr. Seebeck is a pediatric neuropsychologist and licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Washington D.C. She obtained her master's and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Seattle Pacific University. She is trained in outpatient hospital clinics, autism centers, community health centers, private practice, and primary care behavioral health.


Dr. Seebeck completed her two year postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center where she worked in a variety of settings, including an autism clinic, NICU neurodevelopmental follow-up clinic, Cardiac neurodevelopmental follow-up clinic, sickle cell clinic, and neurofibromatosis clinic. Following her fellowship, she was appointed at Children's National Hospital and The George Washington University School of Medicine as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.


She has extensive experience assessing children, adolescents and young adults with autism, ADHD, intellectual developmental disorder, learning disorders, spina bifida, neurofibromatosis, genetic variants, congenital conditions, sickle cell disease, mild to severe traumatic brain injury, seizures and epilepsy, brain tumors, cancer, and other medical or neurodevelopmental conditions affecting cognition.


She also has significant experience with providing several different specific behavioral interventions, including The Incredible Years, PCIT, and RUBI. She is also trained in behavioral sleep medicine interventions for young children with sleep challenges.


To date, she has published two book chapters and seven peer-reviewed articles in prominent journals, including the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders. Additionally, she has presented at several national and international conferences, including at the International Society of Autism Research (INSAR) annual meeting.


A west coast transplant, Dr. Seebeck enjoys gardening and exploring the northeast with her spouse, three daughters, and golden retriever.


Photo of Cole Hague, Ph.D.

Dr. Cole Hague received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at the University of Texas Southwestern/Children’s Medical Center in Dallas and his post-doctoral residency in pediatric neuropsychology at Boston Children’s Hospital. In his training, he has been instructed in and personally adopted a developmental and systemic framework that understands how a child’s developing brain, psychological processes, and context interact. 


Dr. Hague is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist, working at a tertiary care hospital, and providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to children and adolescents with a variety of medical, learning, psychological, and developmental needs. 


A particular passion of Dr. Hague’s is developing specific and personalized intervention plans for the children with whom he works. He values providing feedback and intervention planning collaboratively and therapeutically to ensure that families feel understood and that their children’s specific needs are met.
